1. Change of Mind
- If you change your mind after placing an order, we offer the option to change the product. However, please note the following:
- Refunds are not available if you change your mind after 1 day of placing the order.
- The price of the product is non-refundable once the order has been confirmed beyond this 1-day period.
- You may request a product exchange for a different item (subject to availability and approval), but the original price will not be refunded, and any difference in price for the exchanged product will need to be paid.
2. Damaged or Broken Products
- If the product arrives damaged or broken during shipping or delivery, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged section at no additional cost to you.
- To initiate the replacement process, you must provide us with clear images or a screenshot of the damaged area of the product within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please send these images to us at info.rumafurniture@gmail.com along with your order number and a brief description of the damage.
- Upon verification, we will promptly arrange for the replacement of the damaged section or part.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or at a discount are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
- Custom Orders: Products that are custom-made or specially ordered are not eligible for a refund once production has begun or the order has been confirmed.
4. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To request an exchange or report a damaged product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info.rumafurniture@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant images (if applicable).
- Review and Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and inform you of the next steps. If your request is approved, we will arrange either a product exchange or a replacement delivery, as appropriate.
5. Delivery Charges
- Any delivery charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs associated with any exchanges, except in cases of damaged products.

Ruma Furniture reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will become effective immediately upon posting.
